You can also take any train to Hoboken PATH station and from there take the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail (direction Tonnelle Ave./9th Street Station stop). From 9th Street station, take elevator to Congress Street walk one block up the hill. Take a left on Palisade. Walk 3 blocks to Bowers.
